Is this how you deal with customers—by putting up false offers and cheating people? This is not only unethical but also pathetic customer service. If you cannot honor your own promotions, then you should stop misleading people with fake promises.

I demand that you immediately send me the free perfume I was entitled to, or refund my money without any delay. Otherwise, I will not hesitate to escalate this matter further and expose such cheap tricks publicly.
